In the middle of Kuala Lumpur, one field becomes a contest ground for marbles, sepak raga and archery. The Malaysian Games Festival (Festival Permainan Malaysia) runs for four days at Padang Merbok, 29 October – 1 November 2026 (Thursday to Sunday), and the official event page names nine traditional game competitions and says the festival is for the whole family. The four days include a full weekend, so either Saturday or Sunday works.
