iPhone Duo is on sale, but only online: Malaysia's one Apple Store is at TRX

Four storage sizes from RM9,499; instalments up to 24 months; Trade In credit of RM150–RM5,250.

If you were planning to walk into a shop and walk out with an iPhone Duo, read this first.

On 23 October 2026 iPhone Duo went on sale in Malaysia. Apple Malaysia's product page says it can be bought online only: once you have ordered, choose free delivery, or pick up at an Apple Store. Apple Malaysia's iPhone Duo page

What it means for you

The order goes in online, and the store is where you collect it. If you want to pick up your order yourself, or to see it in person, Apple's store list shows just one store in the whole of Malaysia: The Exchange TRX in Kuala Lumpur, L1.40, tel. 1800 88 0384.

If you're making the trip, here are the opening hours: 08:00–22:00 on 23 October 2026 (these are special store hours, and services such as Genius Bar may not be available), and 10:00–22:00 on both 24 and 25 October 2026.

What it costs and where to buy

Online prices for the four storage sizes, with the monthly amount on a 24-month instalment:

  • 256GB: RM9,499, RM395.79 a month
  • 512GB: RM10,499, RM437.46 a month
  • 1TB: RM12,499, RM520.79 a month
  • 2TB: RM15,499, RM645.79 a month

Instalments are at 0% interest for up to 24 months, with 6- and 12-month options too. The conditions: a qualified Malaysian resident, an individual consumer credit card from a participating bank, at least RM2,000 in a single transaction, and approval by your card issuer. Your bank sets the exact monthly amount.

Trade In gives credit of RM150–RM5,250, and up to RM1,700 for an Android phone; Apple says Trade In is not available in East Malaysia. Accessories are extra: the Case is RM319 and the Folio with Kickstand is RM529.

Still unsettled

  • No figure has been published for how much stock Malaysia was allocated.
  • No word yet on when buying in the shop will return.
  • Neither the price page nor the product page gives a delivery window for online orders.

According to SoyaCincau on 23 October 2026, no stock was allocated for buying in the shop, although the store has plenty of display units on hand. Its own quick check found that an order placed on 23 October 2026 would only be delivered in late January 2027.
