On 30 October – 1 November 2026 (Friday to Sunday), the PETRONAS Grand Prix of Malaysia 2026 takes over Sepang International Circuit. The organiser's ticketing page says “30 October 2026 (Friday) is free entry to all seat zones”, and if you want a proper seat, the K2 Hillstand is RM49.90 for MyKad holders only.

- When: Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026.
- Tickets: the ticketing page does not say which days each tier covers. Two tiers are sold out, PREMIER SEAT (RM640.00, with meals, drinks and exclusive merchandise) and HAKIM DANISH TRIBUNE (RM425.00); the other seated tiers were still on sale, at the prices and statuses the page showed at 09:25 on 15 October 2026.
- Who it's for: anyone who hasn't booked and is still deciding whether to see the racing live at Sepang.
- Where: PETRONAS Sepang International Circuit, Jalan Pekeliling, 64000 KLIA, Selangor.
Highlights
- K2 Hillstand, RM49.90: for MyKad holders only. It overlooks Turns 3 and 4, enters through Gate K2, has toilets and a food and drink kiosk, and gives access to the MotoGP Mega Carnival mall area.
- F Grandstand, RM143.75: up close at Turns 7 and 8, through Gate F.
- K1 Grandstand, RM206.25: at Turns 1 and 2 for the first-corner battles, through Gate K1.
- Main Grandstand, RM345.00: right at the centre of the circuit and fully sheltered from sun or rain.
- Premier Roving, RM510.00: lets you explore different grandstands (except Tribune areas), with a dedicated shuttle, toilets, prayer room, food and drink kiosk and merchandise booth.
Before you go
- Check the price again before you pay: the Marc Marquez Tribune (at K1, with a direct view of the first turn). The ticketing page contradicts itself: the price card and its detail page say RM256.25 and on sale, while another table says sold out and RM425.00; the MotoGP site also lists it as on sale. For this tier, check the official ticket shop, tickets.sepangcircuit.com, before you book.
- Not published yet: which days each ticket tier covers; when practice, qualifying, the Sprint and the races start on each of the three days, and whether Moto2 and Moto3 are on the bill; whether you must register for free Friday, what time the gates open and which zones or packages are excluded.
- Big crowds, and getting there is up to you: the organiser says last year's event welcomed 190,977 fans. There is no official 2026 guidance yet on transport, parking, entry or banned items, and clicking the FAQs link on the ticketing page opens an older page; only the Premier Roving page mentions a dedicated shuttle.
