OPPO Find X10 Malaysia launch set for 22 October: two RM200 pre-orders, different terms, still no price
Changing colour, getting the RM200 back towards the phone, having it delivered to your door — each one turns on a different clause. One payment leaves out the phone and still lets you switch model and colour; the other locks in the colour you picked and is spelt out as non-refundable.

OPPO's own pages give two different times for the Malaysian launch of the Find X10 series.
On 9 October 2026, OPPO Malaysia set the Find X10 series launch for 22 October 2026. The banner on its official launch event page and on the official store's home page both said “Launching 22 Oct 2026”, at 16:00 Malaysian time. The Find X10 banner on OPPO Malaysia's own home page said “18:00 MYT | October 22nd, 2026”. The date matches, the time is two hours apart. On each phone's model page, the price field is empty. No official page says which time to go by, so if you plan to watch, be ready from the earlier one, 16:00, and check again at 18:00. What you pay up front is spelt out, and there are two of those. One is on the “OPPO Find X10 Series Deal Pack” page, called the Deal Pack page below. The other is on the “[Offline RM200 Pre-order] OPPO Find X10 Series” page, called the offline pre-order page below. That second page has Offline in its name, yet its own FAQ2 says pre-orders go through the OPPO Official Online Store only, with in-store pickup available at checkout; OPPO does not explain the name anywhere on it. Both ask for RM200, and on at least six points the terms you end up with differ.

What stands out
- Same date on both pages, two different times. The launch event page and the official store's home page banner say 16:00 Malaysian time; the Find X10 banner on OPPO Malaysia's home page says 18:00. All three are official pages as at 9 October 2026, and all three give the same date, 22 October 2026.
- A date, but no price. The launch event page is headed “OPPO Find X10 Series Launch Event”, and the only RM figure anywhere on it is the maximum on the Mystery Offers, up to RM4,621. The same page also reads “Subscribe for Your Chance to Win a 3 Days 2 Night Sabah Getaway for 1!” — subscribe and you go into a lucky draw for a three-day, two-night Sabah getaway for one person.
- The Deal Pack's RM200 leaves out the phone. FAQ1 and FAQ10 on the Deal Pack page both say it “does not include an OPPO Find X10 Series smartphone”, so the handset is paid for separately during the balance payment period from 22 to 29 October 2026.
- The offline pre-order page's RM200 locks in a colour. FAQ4 there says the payment “secures the specific color selected and is not transferable”, and FAQ6 says it is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- The closing date for the balance appears two ways on one official page. On the launch event page, the small print under the OPPO Pad Mini Deal Pack says “from 22 – 30 October 2026”, and the very next line goes back to “from 22 – 29 October 2026”; the Find X10 Series Deal Pack block on that same page, and the FAQs on both pre-order pages, all say 22–29 October 2026. Plan around the earlier one, 29 October 2026.
- The official SKUs already tell you the storage and colours. The Pro Max has two SKUs, both 16GB + 512GB, in Luna White and Titanium Grey; the Find X10 has five, with 12GB + 512GB in Glacier Blue, Glow Coral and Mist Grey, and 12GB + 256GB in Glacier Blue and Mist Grey only.

What it will cost in Malaysia
As at 9 October 2026, OPPO Malaysia's website gives no price for either the Find X10 or the Find X10 Pro Max: the price field is empty on both model pages, and the newsroom has no press release for either phone. The RM figures below all come from the two pre-order pages, the launch event page and the official store's instalment page:
- RM200, the Deal Pack. On sale from 8 to 22 October 2026 through the OPPO Official Online Store only; the page reads “Exclusively in OPPO Official Online Store”. This payment leaves out the phone.
- RM200, the offline pre-order. That page gives no purchase period of its own. The payment locks in the one colour you select.
- Up to RM4,621 and up to RM4,771. The headline bullet on the Deal Pack page reads “Mystery Offers up to RM4,621*”, the one on the offline pre-order page “Mystery Offers up to RM4,771*”. Both carry an asterisk and neither spells out what it covers. Across both pages' bullets and every FAQ on them, neither page mentions the other or explains why the two maximums differ.
- RM199. The one-year screen protection warranty voucher in the Deal Pack, listed as “Free 1-Year Screen Protection Warranty Voucher worth RM199*”. FAQ7 on the Deal Pack page says it is non-stackable with any OPPO Care Protection Plan package, and that customers may contact OPPO Customer Service about upgrading to OPPO Care Package 1 or Package 2 before completing the remaining balance payment during 22–29 October 2026.
- RM60. What the Deal Pack values its 3,000 OPPO Points at: “3,000 OPPO Point worth RM60”.
- RM200 as a rebate voucher. FAQ5 on the Deal Pack page says buyers are issued an RM200 Pre-order Rebate Voucher, which can be applied to offset the RM200 Deal Pack value when the balance is settled from 22 to 29 October 2026 through the OPPO Official Online Store.
- Up to 2% off with reward points. FAQ8 on the Deal Pack page says OPPO Reward Points may be redeemed for up to 2% savings when the balance is paid.
- 0% instalments. The tab headed “0% Instalment” on the Deal Pack page shows an image titled “Credit Card Instalment Plans”, with a line below it saying the plans run with selected banks and that minimum spend depends on the tenure. The image lists eight banks — Maybank, Public Bank, CIMB, HSBC, Standard Chartered, AmBank, Hong Leong Bank and RHB Bank — over tenures of 6 to 24 months, with a minimum spend set by tenure, from RM500 at the lowest to RM2,400 at the highest.
- Buy now, pay later. The official store's instalment page has a separate section headed “Buy Now Pay Later”, reading “Flexible instalment options with selected BNPL providers.” Each provider has its own term: SPayLater reads “Up to 12-month instalment”, PayLater by Grab “4 months flexible 0% interest payments”, and Atome “3 months flexible 0% interest payments”. The official instalment page
On at least six points, the two RM200 payments come with different terms. Each line below comes from the two official pages as at 9 October 2026.
- The maximum on the offers. The Deal Pack page says up to RM4,621, the offline pre-order page up to RM4,771.
- What the payment buys. FAQ1 on the Deal Pack page lists what the RM200 covers — Mystery Offers, 3,000 OPPO Points, the RM199 one-year screen protection warranty voucher, and Early Bird Delivery & Store Pickup — and says plainly that it “does not include an OPPO Find X10 Series smartphone”, with the balance payment period running from 22 to 29 October 2026. FAQ1 on the offline pre-order page, as at 9 October 2026, says that payment is there to “secure your early bird reservation for the OPPO Find X10 Series smartphone”.
- Whether paying guarantees a handset. They are two different products. On the Deal Pack page, FAQ1 and FAQ10 say the RM200 does not include a phone, so the handset is chosen and paid for separately during the balance payment period from 22 to 29 October 2026. On the offline pre-order page, FAQ1 says the payment secures an early bird reservation for a Find X10 series phone, FAQ4 says it locks in the colour selected, and FAQ3 says you may need to pay the remaining balance upon collection at the store from 22 to 29 October 2026 — so there is a balance to settle either way. The two pages ask almost the same question and answer it the opposite way: FAQ10 on the Deal Pack page asks “Does purchasing the RM200 Deal Pack guarantee that I will get an OPPO Find X10 Series smartphone?” and answers “No”, adding that it is subject to stock availability; FAQ5 on the offline pre-order page asks “Does paying RM200 pre-order payment guarantee I will get the OPPO Find X10 Series smartphones?” and answers “Yes, RM200 pre-order payment confirms your reservation.”
- Changing model or colour. FAQ9 on the Deal Pack page says you can, when settling the balance, subject to stock; FAQ4 on the offline pre-order page says you cannot, because the payment locks in the one colour selected and is not transferable.
- Whether the RM200 comes back. FAQ11 on the Deal Pack page says only that the benefits are “non-transferable and non-exchangeable”, and says nothing about refunds; FAQ5 there says the RM200 comes back as an RM200 Pre-order Rebate Voucher that offsets it when the balance is settled from 22 to 29 October 2026, through the OPPO Official Online Store only — an offset, not a refund. FAQ6 on the offline pre-order page says that RM200 is “non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable”, and FAQ7 adds that failing to collect in store or to settle the balance in time may result in forfeiture of it.
- How you get the phone. The Deal Pack page lists “Early Bird Delivery & Store Pickup” while the offline pre-order page lists “Early Bird Store Pickup” only, and FAQ3 on the Deal Pack page says you may choose delivery or in-store pickup when settling the balance from 22 to 29 October 2026.
Questions readers ask
- So what do the two phones cost? As at 9 October 2026, OPPO Malaysia's website does not say. The price field is empty on both model pages, and the only RM figure on the launch event page is the maximum on the offers. On the schedule the official pages give, the answer comes on 22 October 2026 — at 16:00 by the launch event page and the store home page, at 18:00 by OPPO Malaysia's own home page.
- Do I get the RM200 back? It depends on which page you pay through. FAQ5 on the Deal Pack page says that RM200 comes back as an RM200 Pre-order Rebate Voucher applied when the balance is settled, and only through the OPPO Official Online Store — an offset against the phone, not a refund. FAQ6 on the offline pre-order page says that RM200 is non-refundable, and FAQ7 says it may be forfeited if the phone is not collected or the balance is not paid in time.
- Can I pay before deciding on a colour? FAQ9 on the Deal Pack page says you may change model or colour when you settle the balance, subject to stock; FAQ4 on the offline pre-order page says that RM200 locks in the one colour you selected. If you are still weighing up colours, that is the most practical difference between the two.
- Can I buy and collect in store? Both pages say pre-orders go through the OPPO Official Online Store only. FAQ2 on the Deal Pack page puts its purchase period at 8 to 22 October 2026, online store only. FAQ2 on the offline pre-order page says you may order online and select in-store pickup at checkout. FAQ3 on the Deal Pack page says delivery or in-store pickup may be chosen when the balance is settled, subject to stock and store availability.
- When exactly does the balance payment close? The FAQs on both pre-order pages, and the Find X10 block on the launch event page, all say 22 to 29 October 2026; the small print under OPPO Pad Mini on that same launch event page says “22 – 30 October 2026”. Go by the earlier date, and look at the dates on the page again before you pay.
- Which storage and colours are coming? By the official SKUs, the Pro Max comes in 16GB + 512GB only, in two colours; the Find X10 has three colours at 12GB + 512GB and two at 12GB + 256GB, with no 256GB version of Glow Coral.

Where to buy
Both options are in the OPPO Official Online Store, and both pages say pre-orders are placed there only.
- The Deal Pack: on sale from 8 to 22 October 2026. OPPO Find X10 Series Deal Pack
- The offline pre-order: the page gives no purchase period. Offline RM200 Pre-order page
- The two model pages, with the price field empty as at 9 October 2026. Find X10 Pro Max · Find X10
The launch event page also carries an official timeline, in four steps: 8 October 2026, “OPPO Find X10 Series Deal Pack”; 22 October 2026, “Pay Remaining Balance”; 22 October 2026, “Early Bird Delivery & Store Pickup”; and 30 October 2026, “First Sale”. The FAQs on both pre-order pages still put the balance payment period at 22 to 29 October 2026.
To collect in store, the two options work differently: with the Deal Pack you order online and choose delivery or in-store pickup when you settle the balance from 22 to 29 October 2026, while the offline pre-order has you pick in-store pickup at checkout.
Before you order
- If you are after the phone itself, remember the Deal Pack's RM200 leaves it out: the handset is paid for separately during the balance payment period, and no selling price appeared on OPPO's pages on 9 October 2026.
- If you have not settled on a colour, go through the Deal Pack: FAQ9 on that page allows a change of model or colour when the balance is paid, subject to stock, while FAQ4 on the offline pre-order page ties you to the one colour you selected with your RM200.
- If you are treating the RM200 as a refundable deposit, neither option works that way: FAQ6 on the offline pre-order page says plainly that it is non-refundable, and the Deal Pack's RM200 is not refunded either, only offset against the balance through the OPPO Official Online Store.
- If you are counting on 0% instalments, check the threshold first: on OPPO's own image the eight banks run tenures of 6 to 24 months with a minimum spend set by tenure, from RM500 at the lowest to RM2,400 at the highest. The RM800 trade-in rebate and the RM150 SPayLater discount appear in media reports only.
- If you are leaving the balance payment to the last minute, note both dates: the FAQs on both pre-order pages run to 29 October 2026, while the OPPO Pad Mini block on the launch event page says “22 – 30 October 2026”. Go by the earlier date.
- If you plan to watch the launch, be ready from the earlier time, 16:00 on the launch event page and the store home page, and check again at 18:00, the time on OPPO Malaysia's home page.
