Official schedule: 14–15 November 2026. Dates are from the organiser's announcement. We cannot confirm that the event is running on any particular day.
The 25th Private & International School Fair is held at Mid Valley Exhibition Centre in Kuala Lumpur on 14–15 November 2026, with schools and education providers from early years to pre-university under one roof; the organiser's event page has the full schedule. Over the two days, schools and organisations take turns on stage, and several schools are offering fee waivers, so one trip with your child covers a lot of ground.

Before you go
- Don’t sign up on the spot just for the gift: the gift needs a school sign-up and payment, so ask about fees and terms before you decide.
- When to go: for the gift, get the paperwork done early; the draws are at 14:45 and 16:45, and the stage starts at 11:00 for the stage programme. The last slot on the stage schedule is 17:00, Mint Communications’ “Surprise! Guess Who’s Here?”.
- Which booths these three are at: Concord at J205, J206, J219 and J220 in Hall 2, Ideas at J208 in Hall 2, Fireflies at L205 and L206 with no hall given. Hall 2 is where those two schools put their own booths; which hall and floor the fair as a whole uses is not announced.
- Not yet announced: the venue's street address, the timetable of the parent sessions and whether you must be present for the draw.
