Organised by Moonman and co-organised by United Expo. The organisers say the show will have 600 or more exhibitors and brands and 50 or more talks and workshops, and they expect 100,000 or more visitors. Their site advertises free entry, but the event terms on their official ticketing page say admission is subject to valid registration and confirmation through Ticket2U.

The show splits three ways: MyHealthcare for hospitals and medical staff, MyWellness for health and self-care, MySports for sport. For most visitors the most useful part is the row of screening tables — a basic health check, glucose, eyes, ears, bone health, skin analysis, plus a massage — each one listed as free on the official ticketing page. 9–11 October 2026, 10:00–20:00 daily, at MAEPS in Serdang, Selangor (organisers' terms page, official ticketing page).

What to look for
- The 7 on-site checks the organisers name, all of them listed as free: the official ticketing page sets them out one by one — a basic health screening, glucose, eyes, ears, bone health, skin analysis and massage therapy. Next to them is a consultation zone, which the organisers describe as a chance to speak to doctors and specialists directly, with private hospitals and healthcare professionals on the floor. - If you'd rather be moving: a Health Run, Zumba and yoga workshops: the organisers put the programme at 10 or more sports events and competitions. - A blood donation drive and a kitchen under the same roof: blood donation is named in three places — the home page, the about page and the ticketing page — and the highlights on the home page also list live cooking and juicing, easy to wander into once you're done with your checks
- Bites Street, and a lucky draw with health screening packages as prizes: the about page uses two names for the food street: Healthy Food Street Experience and Bites Street. The ticketing page says the lucky draw prizes are health screening packages, and lists interactive booths from hospitals, wellness brands and fitness experts
- Three zones, and the numbers the organisers are quoting: their site describes MySihat as bringing consumers, healthcare providers, wellness experts, corporates and brands together through three sub-events — MyHealthcare, MyWellness and MySports. Tips
- Register before you leave, not at the door: the event terms on the official ticketing page say admission is subject to valid registration and confirmation through Ticket2U, and that page is where the REGISTER button on their site takes you
- Don't plan the day around a timetable: as of 28 September 2026 no timed daily programme has been published, and whether the checks need booking separately has not been spelt out either. If you want the screenings, go when the hall is quieter
